PRICING

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be specified in each client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. We may require deposits or milestone-based payments depending on the nature of the engagement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Fletcher Quill Global Inc reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid.

REFUND POLICY

We want clients to be satisfied with our services. Refunds may be granted before services have been delivered. Once consulting services have been performed or deliverables have been provided, refunds are not available. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. For project-based services, cancellations made before work has commenced may receive a full refund of any advance payments. If work has begun, fees will be prorated based on services performed. Ongoing advisory services may be canceled at any time, but access and services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, methodologies, and content provided by Fletcher Quill Global Inc remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fletcher Quill Global Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW
